Selection Requirements

To enrol in this course, you must:

  • Be currently employed in a travel or tourism business.

Pre-Training Review (Required for All Students)

Before enrolment, all students must complete:

  • A Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessment (30–60 minutes)
