Selection Requirements
To study with Cornerstone Learning and Development you are required to have employment in a travel business. If you do not have a job and are keen to get into the industry please email us cassi@cornerstoneps.com.au and we can give you direction on recruitment.
There are no other pre-requisites to study this course.
Before commencing the course you will need to do a Pre training review which involves:

A Literacy, Language and Numeracy assessment – which should take between 30-60 minutes.

Pre-Training Review Form – This is not a test – it is a government requirement you must complete before we can offer you a place. It allows us to understand why you would like to study your course and what your careers goals are. We can also ensure that you enrol in the course that is the best fit for you.
The Delivery
Length Of Course
The length of the course is between 12 and 24 months. The length for each individual will be tailored according to your workplace requirements and priorities.
Course Intakes and Commencement Dates
The intakes commence approximately 3 times per year. In March, July and September.
How is it delivered?
The course is broken down into 11 skills sets.
For each skill set you will have a combination of self-paced online learning, facilitated zoom classes and assessments.
What are the assessments?
Assessments are a mixture of written questions, small projects, discussion forums, demonstrations and case studies
There are usually 3 or 4 assessments per cluster.
Assessment pieces are spread evenly over the duration of your program.
