Traineeship program
A traineeship is a structured “earn and learn” pathway where you are employed in the travel and tourism industry while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Travel Consultant’s (ANZSCO 451612) currently sit on the Government Occupation Shortage List, and as such eligible full-time traineeships can attract financial incentives for both the trainee and the employer.
How it works:
An employer hires you and supports you to complete the SIT40125 Certificate IV in Travel & Tourism as part of your role, typically over a two-year period. You gain real workplace experience while completing your formal qualification with Cornerstone Learning & Development.
